My stay at Kaan Casablanca had plenty of highs and a few lows. The welcoming vibe and great service from the staff made me feel right at home. However, there were some issues like the breakfast options which could have been better, especially for the price. Overall, I found it to be a lovely boutique experience in a central part of the city.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a Kaan' Classic king room, which had a modern and cool vibe. It was clean and comfortable, featuring a large shower and good water pressure. However, there were some minor issues, like missing hand soap during my second stay.
Service
9.0
The service was really impressive. The staff, especially Nabil and Fadwa, were incredibly kind and helpful, responding quickly when I needed something like soap and band-aids.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient for me, as I was able to easily walk to many main attractions and even caught a tram from Casa Voyageurs train station without trouble.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast included was quite extensive, with a variety of hot and cold options available, although some items were not always fresh and could use improvement.
Facilities
8.0
I enjoyed the rooftop bar with its great atmosphere and good drinks. The hotel also provided complementary valet parking, which was a nice touch.

5.6/10

My stay at Kaan Casablanca was a mixed experience. The location was quite nice, with easy access to downtown and the Medina. However, I faced some issues with the service and dining options, which were disappointing.

Rooms
8.0
I found the room to be very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a nice sitting area and two bathrooms. It was well-appointed and maintained cleanliness throughout my stay.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly, the overall service was a bit lacking. I noticed a short waiting time at check-in and felt that the staff was not very helpful with local information.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, only a short walk to major attractions like the Medina and Mohammed V Plaza. It was also close enough to explore the city on foot, which I appreciated.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet my expectations, as it was less than satisfactory. I would have preferred more variety and better quality in the dining options.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the rooftop bar and common areas for relaxation. The facilities included laundry and room service, which were handy during my stay.

My stay at Kaan Casablanca was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient for accessing the tram and the old Medina, but the services and maintenance left much to be desired. While my room was spacious and clean, the decor felt worn, and the overall vibe was more like a tired tourist hotel than a classy boutique spot.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, but some areas felt tired and dated, like the curtains and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was slow, and I had issues with my room key card. Despite that, the bed was comfortable.
Service
5.0
Service was hit or miss. Check-in was slow, and I had to deal with a dead elevator often. However, some staff members were helpful, especially during evening hours.
Location
7.0
The location was decent; I could easily walk to the Casa Port train station and explore the old Medina. It was a bit out of the way for some popular sites, but all in all, convenient for me.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was okay, with a decent selection, though it could've been better for the price. I did enjoy some delicious grilled fish for dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Overall, it was a good deal for the money I spent.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had several facilities, including a bar and restaurant options, but I experienced some breakdowns in service, like no hair dryer in my room. I appreciated the laundry and room service options, though.

My stay at Kaan Casablanca was overall pleasant, with friendly staff and a central location. The room I had was trendy and clean, though the breakfast selection could be improved. I did experience a late check-in and some minor issues with hot water and room service that affected my impression a bit. 🏨🌟

Rooms
8.0
I found the rooms well-designed, clean, and spacious, although some issues like a blocked drain and broken heater occurred initially. The second room I received was much better, making my stay comfortable.
Service
7.0
The staff at Kaan Casablanca were very friendly and helpful, but I did feel a lack of communication regarding the late check-in, which was handled without much regard to my situation.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from the Medina and United Nations Square, making it practical for exploring the city. However, it was further from the airport than I preferred.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the dining options at the hotel, especially the Italian and Moroccan restaurants, but I think the breakfast could have included more hot food choices. Overall, it was decent, but nothing lovely.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were what you'd expect from a boutique hotel, including modern decor and various common areas for relaxation. However, the absence of room service was something I missed.

I had a decent stay at Kaan Casablanca, though it wasn't without its hiccups. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant, which was a real highlight. However, I encountered issues with room maintenance and a bit of confusion regarding extra fees. Overall, it offered good value for the price. 🌟

Rooms
6.0
My room was modern and clean, but the window wouldn't fully lock, leaving me a bit uneasy at night. There was also a slight issue with the amenities provided - just a couple of thin towels and no bottled water. Still, the bed was comfortable enough, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water.
Service
7.0
While some of the front desk staff were not very welcoming, I did experience excellent service in the restaurant. The staff seemed genuinely eager to please, and even had no trouble accommodating my late-night food request, making me feel valued as a guest.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is quite central, making it easy to explore the city. I felt secure during the day, but there were moments at night when I wasn't as comfortable being out and about. It’s conveniently located to the city center and other attractions.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant staff treated me very well, and the food was surprisingly good for a hotel setting, especially when they quickly made a late-night chicken sandwich for me.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered essential facilities like valet parking, which was a nice touch. However, the lack of daily bottled water and a broken window lock left something to be desired in terms of comfort.
